I love to join the journey with someone as they are navigating clinical disorders, relationship dynamics, career challenges, parenting struggles, spiritual concerns, grief issues, trauma, and women’s issues.

I have gained a lot of life experience over the years from personal struggles and grief.  Infertility, loss of a spouse, re-marriage, missionary, single parenting and growing with God are all matters that have been close to my heart.  

I have counseled for the last 20+ years in both pastoral counseling settings and professional clinical counseling. I was the Clinical Director of WellSpring Counseling for over 10 years and have enjoyed working with a great group of clinicians and supervising interns. 

I have a B.S. from the Ohio State University in Family Relations and Human Development and a graduate degree in Clinical Professional Counseling from Ashland Seminary.  I am certified in EMDR for trauma as well as for grief counseling.  As a life-long learner, I love to read and listen to books in the counseling and spiritual field.
